ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a trusted, government-funded non-profit organization based in South Western Sydney dedicated to improving and integrating primary healthcare across their local region. Operating with a passionate team of over 120 staff in South Western Sydney, they fund community services, support local GPs, and close critical healthcare gaps to ensure their community thrives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join as a Senior ERP Business & Test Analyst on a high-impact, 5-month contract to drive the second phase of a major digital transformation. Reporting directly to the ERP Project Manager, you will own the business analysis, integration, and testing streams for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Employment Hero rollout.

You will act as the crucial client-side gatekeeper, translating business requirements, facilitating UAT, and managing vendor delivery to ensure a smooth October go-live and November hypercare transition.

  • Map workflows with non-technical Finance and HR SMEs in workshops

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Manage requirements, backlogs, and progress within Azure DevOps and Jira

  • Test custom API integrations and middleware data flows end-to-end

  • Write comprehensive test cases and coordinate business-facing UAT cycles

  • Manage defects, coordinate with developers, and support post-go-live hypercare

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central rollouts successfully

  • Map APIs, custom middleware, and cloud integration data flows

  • Write clear user stories and manage backlogs in Azure DevOps

  • Draft comprehensive test scripts and coordinate business-facing UAT

  • Guide non-technical Finance & HR teams through process changes

  • Experience in healthcare, community service, or NFP is highly valued
