Deep Discovery
We met in person with Joel, it's a key requirement for such a niche and tailored approach. We didn't just look under the hood, we took the whole engine apart to discover the true essence of the role and why so many had failed to deliver. We quickly discovered the uniqueness of the person required for the role but made sure we truly understood everything needed for the right person. This included technology, habiltual traits, how the right person tackled problems and thought. By the end of the discovery it was apparent we truly needed a "unicorn" Principal Engineer.
